Costin Grigore Borc is the General Manager of Lafarge BFC, and President of the Cement Industry of Serbia, Vice-President of the French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce and also member of the Managing Board of Societe Generale Bank Serbia.

Mr. Borc has gained a rich international experience working in the North America, Romania, France and Serbia. Until July 2008 he was a Strategy Director in Lafarge Paris, coordinates all strategic issues for Central Europe-CIS and North American regions . Previously he performed as the General Manager of Lafarge Aggregates & Concrete in Romania, responsible for company with 700 employees, finalized merger of 5 companies. Prior to joining the Lafarge Group, Mr. Borc was engaged in the USA at the University of Wisconsin Madison as the Graduate Assistant ,taught various macroeconomics discussion sections at both undergraduate and graduate levels, then in the Government of Romania in Bucharest and as the engineer in several Romanian companies.

Mr. Borc holds a Doctorate and in Economics, Macro-economics at the University of Wisconsin Madison, and he graduated from the Bucharest Polytechnic University as the Bachelor of Engineering, Power Engineering. He is fluent in English, French and Romanian languages, and has basic knowledge of Serbian language.  Mr. Borc is married and has two children.
