Marjan Poljak is a senior associate at Karanovic & Nikolic, a leading Belgrade based law firm with offices in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Macedonia. He is registered as an attorney at the Belgrade Bar Association. From 2002 Mr. Poljak worked as an associate and subsequently as a senior lawyer in commercial law firms in Serbia.
Mr. Poljak has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of commercial law and in particular has gained expertise in pharmaceutical law and healthcare matters.
He is currently focused on M&A transactions and general corporate law, as well as on providing legal advisory on wide-ranging regulatory and commercial issues with respect to pharmaceutical and healthcare matters including market authorizations, advertising and clinical trial performance. He is a member of the International Bar Association and a regular contributor to international publications in his fields of expertise.
Mr. Poljak was a member of the team in numerous cases and transactions in the field of corporate law in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
