Milica Subotic

Milica Subotić is a partner in Janković, Popović & Mitić, Belgrade and her practice is mainly corporate law and M&A and securities law, with a particular focus on legal advising of the respective European and Serbian companies and representation of their interests before the Serbian governmental authorities.
In addition, Ms. Subotić is very experienced in competition law, in which area she has advised and represented various foreign legal entities in their breaking in the Serbian market. As a head of Merger Control and Anti-Trust department at Janković, Popović & Mitić, she has been active in representing JPM's clients in the "most talked about" procedures initiated by the Antimonopoly Commission for abuse of dominant position, as well as in the procedure of merger clearance for Delta/C-market case before the Supreme Court of Republic of Serbia
Ms. Subotic has extensive experience in the environmental law that she has elaborated at the University of Bologna (Master of Law, 2005). Ms. Subotic has worked on some of the ground-breaking deals concerning the environmental law in Serbia, especially those connected to the entrustment of performing of the communal activities from Serbian governmental bodies to the private commercial companies.
In 2005 she graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade and received LL.M degree from the University of Bologna.
