Jasmina Vignjevic graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade and was awarded with LLM degree from the Faculty of Law , University of Westminster, UK. She has been with Telenor Serbia for more than three years on the position of Legal and Governmental Affairs Manager.  Before joining Telenor, Jasmina was  with the International Finance Corporation , a member of the World Bank Group, on the position of Business Development Officer responsible for Financial Leasing,  Factoring and Corporate Governance projects in Serbia and Montenegro. The main area of her work included advising  governments of respective countries on creation of commercial law legislation, but also providing training and consulting services to companies in these areas. As a Head of Legal and Governmental Affairs in Telenor Serbia she is responsible for managing Legal Department  and a panel of outsourced law offices. Her area of responsibility also includes  design and implementation of  stakeholder relations strategy  and communication and correspondence with governmental institutions and regulatory bodies. She is the author of the paper "Engaging the Private Sector in Business Environment Reforms - Experience from Southeast Europe" presented at the donor's conference in Cairo "Reforming the Business Environment- from assessing problems to measuring results" and was regularly  publishing articles on financial leasing and corporate governance (EuroMoney, local papers).
