2.  How do you perceive BOJOVIC DASIC KOJOVIC strategy for further growth on this market?

 

As the fasting growing local law firm in the last 3 years, BDK is cultivating careful and strategic growth in order to fit the needs of the Serbian Market. We are a fully fledged law firm and closely follow all areas that are relevant for foreign investors and as such have divided our organization into departments and industries along these lines. We expect our Finance, Infrastructure/PPP, and Intellectual Property departments to significantly grow in the following years.

 

3. What is in your view the role of the FIC and what are your expectations?

As active participants in each of the FIC committees, BDK is working for the creation of an even more friendly investment climate for foreign investors. We expect the FIC together with BDK and other members to influence the removal of any obstacles for foreign investors and to ensure continuous governmental coordination.
