Introduction: PS ConFidas d.o.o. is a part of consulting group which consists of enterprises acting in the area of tax consulting, management and legal consulting, IT-Services as well multilingual services.

We have offices in three countries, the operative centre of the group is in Belgrade while administration centres are in Villach, Austria and Novi Sad, Serbia.

Services: Tax and Legal consulting, Accounting and reporting, and Balancing and Due Diligence.

In the area of tax consulting, we offer services of wide spectrum with focus on working closely as a team to understand clients` key business issues while helping them to achieve their objectives in the most tax-efficient manner. One of the specifics is the multilingual consulting, which means that clients can get opinions in Serbian, English and/or German language.

The team of legal experts provides a wide range of general corporate legal services for foreign clients and their subsidiaries in the region with respect to Company Law, labour issues, financing, real estate, intellectual property issues, handle special procedures considering obtaining the licenses and approvals from competent bodies, carrying out due diligence reports, and performing other legal researches that meet client's business needs.

Accounting team consists of accountants who have great experience in different accounting areas such as construction, real estate, agriculture, manufacturing, energy trade, legal services, IT management, transport and many others.

Within Payroll accounting PS ConFidas d.o.o. offers expatriates taxation as another special service. Within Balancing and Due Diligence, we offer the service of preparation of annual financial statements for local authorities as well for clients' eventual needs during the year.

What are the core values of the PS ConFidas business philosophy?
Our company is part of a group of consulting companies which is providing our clients a full range of services, which are mainly (more than 95%) foreign direct investors. This full range of the services of the group could not be offered by the competition and is a serious advantage. PS ConFidas – as lead member of the group - is active in the very difficult field of business, because of the steadily changing legal/tax framework and interpretation of this framework. Our core values are rendering our services with high quality and confidentiality. For this we need to educate and train our staff and help to implement common practice in the market (f.e. expatriate taxation).
How do you perceive PS ConFidas strategy for further growth on this market?
As part of a group we are expecting a substantial grow in revenues and employees. The financial crisis leads to less start-up projects, but increases other business fields (bank and finance related consulting services).
What is in your view the role of the FIC and what are your expectations?
FIC helps to address problems to the authorities and with this the common practice in the market is developed. FIC is a good platform for communication with the competition, the authorities and our clients. Our expectations are that FIC acquires more members to increase the influence.
