1.  What are the core values of the G4S Secure Solutions d.o.o. business philosophy?

We at PROGARD G4S strongly believe in our vision and path taken in order to be recognized as the global leader in providing security solutions. Our core values must deliver distinctive advantages and unique approach in:

2.  How do you perceive G4S Secure Solutions d.o.o. strategy for further growth on this market?

Our strategy for further growth on local market includes continuation in focusing to providing security solutions to foreign investors, meeting their needs fully by providing the same level of security services as they are used to have in their counties of origin.

Solutions we provide do respect issues we all experience due to the crisis impacting all economies and we have already prepared cost-benefit concepts where customers may save money but still keep the level of security at optimal and acceptable level. It is already implemented and available to whom it may concern, both our current and potential customers.

3.  What is in your view the role of the FIC and what are your expectations?

We support and appreciate all FIC's hard work and efforts which result in developing partnership relations between us, the members and all other subjects (other businesses, the Government etc.). Our expectations are related to the biggest issue we are facing today - we are the only Country in Europe without Law on Private Security. Serbian security industry employs over 40.000 security officers and there are more than 3.000 security companies operating without strict regulations and standards recognized worldwide. We strongly support adopting a model of Law which is compatible with EU standards and Laws implemented in EU.

We are desperately seeking for support, help and understanding from our fellow FIC members in our struggle for introducing a good model of Law because current situation is bad for all of us - it is affecting us, security providers, and it is affecting them, companies who are not fully aware of risks and threats of engaging unregulated private security.
