Metinvest SMC is working for 2 years in Serbia. We deliver our material from our warehouse into other countries of South - East Europe besides Serbia. Metinvest's central warehouse for South - East Europe is in Serbia.

1. What are the core values of the Metinvest SMC d.o.o. business philosophy?

Our policy in Serbian market is to have individual approach to each and every customer. Metinvest SMC keeps its commitments. We are direct connection between producers and end users and have excellent relations with producers of South - East Europe besides Serbia.

2. How do you perceive Metinvest SMC d.o.o. strategy for further growth on this market?

Metinvest SMC's strategy for further growth is to enable wider assortment of steel material for our consumers for their use, which we, are a Group, are capable to achieve. Also we are to reduce terms of delivery and financing of the goods by selling material from our stock in Pancevo and together with banks, which are interested to follow up production, enable favourable conditions.  

3. What is in your view the role of the FIC and what are your expectations?

We consider FIC a very important institution which is to gather foreign investors and have more active role with local authorities taking in mind that sometimes due to some different interpretations work conditions are not in compliance with legal regulations.
