A word from Zoran Mitrovic, CEO of Victoria Group a.d.

1.What are the core values of Victoria Group a.d. business philosophy?

Victoria Group’s business philosophy is based on corporate values: integrity, team work, reliability, high quality, long-term partnerships and social responsibility. We work together with the agricultural community, creating value for all participants in the supply chain, as well as for society in general. Our mission is to be recognized as a reliable partner with a high quality production portfolio.

2.How do you perceive Victoria Group a.d. strategy for further growth on this market?

Victoria Group's business results are in constant growth; therefore our plans are focused on maintaining this ascending trend. The company's strategy for growth is based on investments, as it has always been the case. Only in the period of 2011-2012, the value of direct investments exceeded 50 million EUR, while in this year we will continue with the initiated projects. In 2012 Victoria Group achieved the highest export level so far, precisely because of the investment policy, which is securing further growth of the company’s business, as well as investing in employees and professional management.

3.What is in your view the role of FIC and what are your expectations?

The role of FIC, as perceived by Victoria Group, is to actively promote development of the business environment through open dialogue between members, the authorities and other relevant stakeholders, and to influence the improvement of business climate in Serbia. Our expectations involve particularly the work of Food and Agriculture Committee, which is of special interest for our company. We hope to contribute with our experience in agribusiness and the results achieved both on domestic and international market.
