PATRIMONS d.o.o. was founded in 1989, as an export-import company and its primary activity is export-import and wholesale, mainly in mechanical industry and in the past 7 years real estate business as well.

Services:  

Besides its main business domain, PATRIMONS d.o.o. also deals with renting and selling real estate for business purposes. We own exclusive office and warehouse properties, with parking lots, on two interesting locations in Belgrade.

They are located in the center of the City (corner of Cvijićeva and Zdravka Čelara Street) and in the Business District in New Belgrade (Omladinskih brigada Street No.102 or Tošin bunar Street bb) which is emerging every day.

1. What are the core values of PATRIMONS d.o.o. business philosophy?

The core values of PATRIMONS d.o.o. business philosophy is to stay true to own ideas and principles, be persistent in these times of global economic crisis all of which has been proved during the 22 years our continuous work and successful existence in the market.

 

2.       How do you perceive PATRIMONS d.o.o. strategy for further growth on this market?

Our strategy is to continue growth in the market, and if the economic circumstances are favorable to expand, but not too much and unnecessarily, and to stay in the same business domain.

 

3.       What is in your view the role of the FIC and what are your expectations?

We are very satisfied with the FIC engagement and all that has been done so far. The FIC is always  fast, accurate, supportive and its effort on improving business environment in the market is valuable. Also, issuing The White Book is of great importance for all the members.
