Meeting on Digitalization of Procedures

At the meeting with the Director of Public Policy Secretariat of Serbia Bojana Tosic on July 4, the cooperation was discussed regarding the project E-Paper, aimed on digitalization of the procedures and aggregating them by phases.

In order to pursue the project, Secretariat compiled 2,500 procedures, out of which 100 are to be digitalized within a year.  FIC was provided with the list of procedures and members were invited to propose changes. Members were also invited to submit to the FIC Office the list of 10 procedures that are for them priority for simplification, in order to envisage the next FIC steps in this respect. At the meeting it was also conveyed that the Secretariat works on the Law on Administrative Procedures Register, with the goal of creating a unique basis of all the procedures. FIC was represented by the Regulatory Officers Jelena Lazarevic and Bojana Tomic Brkusanin and Executive Director Aleksandar Ljubic.
