Ivan Gazdic

Ivan Gazdic

Ivan is Partner in Petrikić & Partners AOD in cooperation with CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz.

He has notable experience in advising on various real estate transactions in both development projects and acquisitions. Ivan heads the Projects & Infrastructure practice in the Belgrade office and assists clients with regard to project finance, construction matters, PPP and other aspects of projects.

Ivan is experienced in the energy sector as well, particularly in relation to RES projects, mining and geological exploration, and energy efficiency.

Ivan is ranked as a real estate and/or energy expert in Serbia by all relevant global legal directories: Who’s Who Legal, Chambers and Partners, and The Legal 500.

Ivan is a graduate of the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law (2009).

He is a member of the Serbian Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
